Can the gift of an animal really change a life?

It can when it's given through Heifer International. A non-profit organization dedicated to ending hunger and poverty, Heifer International currently provides livestock, trees, seeds and training in environmentally sound agriculture to families in more than 50 countries, including the United States.

KUMC collects funds through our Fill the Ark campaign to support the efforts of Heifer International. Funds are used to purchase livestock sent around the world to bring lasting change to families and communities.
