Meet Our Pastor

Rev. Stephan Margeson

My name is Pastor Steph, but you can just call me Steph.  I have been a pastor in the Methodist Church for more than 7 official years. "Official" because I count my time as a student pastor during undergrad and seminary also, making my time of service more like 13 + years. God's call on my life began early.. But I didn't hear and accept it until halfway through my college years. Ever since then God has been blessing me with gifts and graces for the ordering of the church and service of the world! Of those gifts, I count three as the greatest. 

First, my partner in life and ministry and second and third are my daughters,  

 

Right now KUMC and I are defining our relationship, setting our expectations. And we're using this framework: say it with me, "Our Church is a community of people committed to growing together in Christ for the sake of our neighbors."
